Anti-Cosmo and Anti-Wanda, Foop’s parents, are still completely absent like any modern Fairly OddParents episode that features Foop. Crocker is the only one pointlessly shoehorned in and only serves as a punching bag for Poof and Foop in this episode. Good ending where everything returns to normal, mainly thanks to Cosmo, as stated before. It’s the first episode (as well as one of the few episodes) in this season where Timmy’s Dad is nowhere to be found. But luckily he has Cosmo and Wanda, his wacky fairy godparents who help him hide from evil. Some good jokes here and there that are worth a chuckle. Rip Studwell’s few appearances in the series, despite being the cartoon version of (and voiced by) the now-intolerable Butch Hartman, the show’s creator. In this episode’s case, the main focus is on Poof and Foop, with Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda in supporting roles. It’s one of the handful of Season 9’s episodes where Sparky has a minor role. Cosmo himself is also tolerable in this episode, if only somewhat. The Fairly OddParents is a Nicktoon created by Butch Hartman. Pretty interesting concept of fairy babies (like Poof) getting the terrible twos and anti-fairy babies (like Foop) getting the terrific twos (the anti-version of the terrible twos).Poof goes through the terrible twos, however, Foop goes through the terrific twos so Timmy and his fairies have to survive Poof's terrible twos.
